Questions or volunteer time
Do you want to be a Contributor at our Holiday bazaar?  We are only accepting specific items at this event all other items will be accepted at our Spring event in March.

Contributors earn 70% of the selling price or earn 75% by volunteering a short 4 hour shift.
 
Volunteer Times (earn 75% and shop @ 9am on the 10th):
Sunday, December 4th from 1-5
Friday, December 9th from 10-2
Saturday, December 10th from 10-2 or 12-4
Sunday, December 11th from 12-4 or 3-7

Contributors price their own items & drop items at SPC's store.  Drop off takes 15 minutes! Fill out the form to the left & Jen will email you with a consignor #.  If you are a prior contributor your consignor # never changes.

DROP OFF: Sun. 4th from 1-5 or Fri. 9th from 10-2

Items that will be accepted at the Bazaar:
Fall/Winter clothes and maternity clothes
Outdoor Toys: bikes, scooters, motorized toys
Toys, Toys and more Toys, Games, Electronic items, Books & DVDs
Play Gyms: slides, benches, houses, (if you have a large outdoor playground contact us)
Baby Equipment: strollers, car seats (less than 5 yrs old), highchairs, exersaucers, bath tubs, potty systems, etc.
Baby & Children Furniture: cribs, Pack 'n' Play, toddler beds, dressers, changing tables, rocking chairs, etc.
Winter Jackets, Holiday outfits (what you would wear to church), Christmas Clothing Items, and Snow Ski Gear
Holiday décor: inside & outside decorations, (No lights), Current décor only (don’t empty out Grandma’s attic!!)
(No shoes, bedding or VHS tapes )

Contributors shop early at 9:30am on Saturday, December 10th.  The bazaar opens to the public at 10am. 

There is a $5.00 participation fee which will be deducted from your check at the end of the sale. Checks will be mailed within two weeks after the sale.

Refer a new contributor and receive $5.00 per friend!  Make sure your name is referenced when they sign up.

All unsold items that you have designated with a "P" for pickup will be available at the following times:
Wednesday, 14th from 5:00pm - 7:00pm  *
All items not picked up will be property of SPC or will be donated.

Sweet Pea Consign is a semi-annual consignment sale specializing in the highest quality of gently used items. If it involves babies, children, or teens, we have it!
